  4. this node at a rate slower than it has been established for. While we 
  5. value your calls we also try to keep the faster modem line open as much
  6. as possible for those callers that are using a faster compatible modem.
  7. Please check our other phone lines for one that is compatible for your
  8. modems speed. By all means if that line is busy feel free to call back
